The parts and components used in our units/machines are in commercial refrigeration specifications, not the general car air conditioners, in order to ensure the quality of our products. A thorough and complete testing will also be carried out to ensure the quality of the unit before shipment. In addition, the temperature controller will be sent out for maintenance annually to ensure its accuracy; at the same time, to comply with the requirements of the Vehicle Safety Certification Center, regular inspections are carried out. We also attend various seminars for the latest update in the industry.
● Before the unit leaves the factory, check whether the motor voltage is operating normally to ensure that the unit is operating properly.
● Regularly send the temperature controller to MTC Measurement Technology Co., Ltd. for temperature calibration every April to ensure its accuracy.
